To receive ACDS RSS feeds you need a feed reader and must also subscribe to ACDS feeds.

To subscribe to one of the ACDS RSS feeds:

Click on the RSS button next to the feed you want (or ctrl, click for Mac users).
Copy the URL of the page that is displayed.
Paste the address in the appropriate place in your feed reader.

ACDS reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease distributing these feeds at any time for any reason.

What Is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) provides a convenient way to syndicate information from a variety of sources, including news stories, forum messages or updates to the web site. Regardless of the purpose for which the RSS file is being used, by watching this XML file, you can quickly and easily see whenever an update has occurred. Of course, viewing the RSS feed in Internet Explorer and hitting F5 every few minutes is not the most efficient use of your time, so most people take advantage of some form of client software to read and monitor RSS feeds.

Whenever you see this, it should link to an RSS feed that you can subscribe to via your RSS client.
